Zéppelin 2005 is about the way sound and music relate to social control. Borders between allowed behaviours and the not allowed ones are often invisible but not inaudible. Society is plenty of sonic signals fixing borders long before they are shown and become totally conscious. Embodied inside fairy tales in the past, nowadays hierarchal models attack democracy processes, hidden in the complexity of a essential tool for its own development: the mass media.

Sonoscop
Sonoscop 2005 presents a compilation that shows several kinds of social interaction through sound. Materials have been found, discovered, exhumed, copied, recorded or unloaded by many mediatic sources.
This selection is a taxonomic collection of materials that have not been modified. They are shown under the conditions we found them. The only difference from its own source is the juxtaposition with other sounds: each sonic material is presented next to others taking part in social control mechanisms. This way, the whole collection shows the importance of sounds in creation of cognitive maps pointing out humans to environmental characteristics and social relationships. By this, it can be clearly seen how sounds can influence our daily life in a way that often comes unnoticed.
Non strict methodical criterion have been used to classify materials into cathegories. This arrangement just expects an intuitive, pleasant and enjoyable seeking for users.
As well, Sonoscop presents a selection of texts and links to internet materials that highlight relations between sound and social control processes.
